On the menu is turkey, mashed potatoes, noodles, green beans, whole grain roles, and pumpkin pie made with splenda instead of sugar. Doesn't make for a low carb meal, but that is where portion control comes in at.
Normally I only buy a whole turkey breast since none of us really cares for dark meat turkey, but this year I went ahead a got a whole turkey since we have 2 dogs. They will be getting their own feast of dark meat turkey, potatoes, noodles and green beans, and knowing those two four legged stomachs they will be wanting 3rds 18 seconds after getting their first helpings..LOL
