Two days into a very bad cold (are there any good colds) and I'm waking up with 120 fasting levels. Normally, I'm usually in the mid-nineties. I know this miserable cold is affecting my sugar. I'm really low carbing...drinking plenty of water and dry tea. I hope to be over this soon with no compications.
I'm 65 yr. old female...no meds and control with diet and exercise. My question is...do I continue to exercise during my cold? I use a recumbent bike and do thirty minutes on it per day. I feel like I could do it but don't know if I should. I don't want to drive my sugar up. Can anyone advice me on this?
