I haven't eaten this but the 3 grams carbs seems good to me! It should be a good source of calcium, too, along with probiotics.
No, there is no sleep/insomnia forum at HealingWell. I'm sorry if you're having trouble sleeping. As we get older, I think this does become more of a problem though. Medications, caffeine, alcohol all can interfere with our sleep. And stress, too. Temperature, mattresses, noise. Gosh. It seems everything. You might want to talk this over with your doctor the next time you have an appointment.
