Warren was nice enough to bring up the subject of prolonged elevated sugars and their effect on sexual performance in men. I would like to offer some insight to the ladies. Keeping our sugars in line will hold off the effects of neuropathy in sensitive areas and allow us to enjoy that side of life for a good long time, also. This, to me, is another excellent reason to stay the course and do my best to make good choices. Most women don't have diabetic friends to discuss this situation with so I wanted to bring it up here. I have noticed that along with neuropathy in my feet I have some diminished feeling in other areas so I'm trying to keep everything in line as best I can.

My doctor is a female and she has recommended the 'marriage act' for release from pain for my fibromyalgia as well as to maintain nerve ending responses in that important area. She is one smart doctor! My hubby thinks she is wonderful, too. :-)
