Fish. Well, you could "bread" a piece by dredging it in almond milk and then parmesan cheese or wheat bran or almond flour for a change. Or, slather some pesto on the fish.
Actually, I've done all this with those thin chicken breasts, too. Sometimes, I just Google around for recipes. Lots of stuff online as long as you're careful about
