Welcome to HealingWell. I am sorry about your father's illness. We are not doctors here and cannot interpret all the lab test results. However, his fasting blood sugar of 250 is too high.

What medication is he on for diabetes? What does his doctor say?

At best I could only look them up on the internet search engine but a doctor should look at them instead. It might be easier to read that if the unit of measurement was included in the report though.

I usually get the report handed out to me by a doctor, or read to me from the screen these days, and then she explains to me what do we do with it in case there was something wrong.
