The last thing you want to read are warnings and no-nos about
eating what you shouldn't tomorrow. I KNOW that!
So, I'm just going to suggest
that you eat in moderation and not overdo anything. Well, eat more turkey! It's pretty lean protein and healthy for your blood sugar. Mostly likely everything else on the table will derail your A1c! Omg, why on earth do we prepare a meal with SO much food that will send our blood sugar so high? I guess it's all comfort food: mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, yams and marshmallows, pies a la mode....
Have a safe and healthy day. Please do your best with choices and even plan to take a walk afterwards, weather permitting.
