I don't know but 128 is not low and unless your blood sugar dropped from the high 200's (or higher) suddenly to 128, I have no idea why you would have that shaking. And I would be wondering why there would be such a drop in any case.
The best for your health is to avoid such highs anyway. Try to keep your blood sugar more level most of the time. I realize this is Thanksgiving but when it's not a holiday, it's better for the body to keep from having yo-yo effects.
Also, don't forget that stress and anxiety can cause shaking.
