Those two test results after eating are normal, as you said. The most accurate diagnosis of diabetes is the GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test) in which you drink a very sugary/high glucose drink and your blood sugar is tested at one hour and two hours, sometimes three hours).
The H1c is an average of your blood sugar over about
90 days but because it's only an average, you do not know what your highs or lows were. Morning fasting would give you more of a picture of what's going on at the present time and for you it should be under 5.5. (Here in the US, it's under 100.)
I don't know about
the frequent urination although that's typical for someone whose blood sugar is high and uncontrolled. There might be other reasons for that and you need lab tests to determine what they are.
You have to start with your doctor. He or she would have to order certain tests to rule out diabetes. He/she might refer you to a urologist or nephrologist down the road if it's not a blood sugar problem but the point is that guessing is not solving the problem. Please tell you doctor so you can get diagnosed.
