Thanks, Sherrine. I have made cream of cauliflower soup or cauliflower bisque - whatever name you like. In this version, I don't use a carrot but I saute an onion or green onion with the florets, add broth and then blend it all together to be smooth. Put it back in the saucepan and add half and half and some sherry. Simmer this for a few minutes. Serve and decorate with sauteed onion strands or minced chives.
