I think I’m going back to a hot whole grain cereal - Bob’s Red Mill 5 grain Rolled Hot Cereal. Oats, wheat, rye, barley, triticale and flaxseed. I’ve heard you can cook it ahead of time, then put into a loaf pan and cut into one-day sized slices. Can't hurt too much to try it for a week, right? As long as I can learn to eat it without brown sugar and milk, lol.
