Hello! Yes, I've read about intermittent fasting (now even referred to by its initials IF!). I know there are some benefits for the body according to some articles but please be careful if you are on medication or have certain health conditions. I don't think it would be wise for a type 1.
In any case, before starting this kind of fasting, please speak to your doctor. Keep us updated on your experience, Turtle, if you do this, ok?
