Two nights ago, I had a no carb supper, but did have carb cereal and fruit and Cheese-Its. For breakfast next day, had no carb breakfast. Blood sugar reading before lunch was 137.
Last night, large baked potato, fried shrimp and garlic bread (high carb foods). Today for breakfast, had 2 pieces of bread (carbs), egg and baloney. Blood sugar reading before lunch was a low 118.
So when I had almost no carb supper and breakfast, reading was a higher 137. When I had plenty of carbs for supper and breakfast, the reading was a low 118. I can't figure that out with a high speed computer.
