Hi and welcome back but I'm sorry for what you're going through! I can't even think what's going on, to be honest. As for testing, you would test right before you eat, then about
two hours after you started eating. When I was a compulsive tester in the beginning of my own journey, I'd test one, two and three hours after eating. This was my way of understanding how I metabolized the food I ate. I don't do that anymore. In general, people test as I first explained: right before starting to eat and then two hours after starting to eat. There is also random testing regardless of when you last eat or drink anything. I would say it would have to be at least 4 hours after having had something.
I don't know why you would pass out but unless you tested or someone could test your blood sugar at that time when you passed out then you can't know if it's blood sugar related. It's so strange. I would start with your regular doctor and tell him/her what's happening to you at that time.
What's your blood pressue readings? Do you know? Can you also test your BP? I wish I could help more but please see your doctor because this is not normal to pass out like that!
