Does anyone take insulin in middle of night? I take Humalog RU500 for severe insulin resistance and I have found that if I wake up at 3 AM and take my insulin then, I will avoid the 200-300BG dawn syndrome. Does anyone else have this experience?

Late, yes. A known phenomena is morning glory, raised levels overnight, and when getting up from sleep, higher reading , or in them wee hours. HT
