Hi Ozempic and increased activity has helped dropped some weight, just had endocrinologist chat.
Now concluded the medication, world wide shortage, every cat n dog is on it! In a few months an increased strength will come onto the market; he is a Professor, and his finger is on the pulse, the best.
He is assisting me with a report to assist with regaining my drivers license; a few years ago due to safety i cancelled my license due to diabetic retinapathy, et al. Since my sugars are stable and eye report good, he along with Gp's report will go to the roads authority to begin the process again if approved. Will start as a learner again, however when i pass the probationary test the process for my full license will be lessened, as i was a fully licensed driver.

Bike had a catastrophic failure, cracked frame, lucky it happened when i was riding slowly. A new bike is needed, an engineer deemed it unsafe as it cracked near the rear wish bone, adjacent to the disk brake, nasty spot, in the middle of the frame would be a simple weld and have fixed it, doh! So in August another improved beast will arrive, 3 year frame warranty. Starting a gym program next week, bought a full membership, good by. That's my update. Yes, big coin on the new bike!

Hi Turtle, so it's kind of good news/ bad news. You're making really good progress! Really great news about improvement of the eyes. Fantastic! I'm sorry about the bike though. That could have been a bad accident so I'm glad you are ok.
