Hello everyone.

I’m so worried about my test results showing that my cholesterol is high when I’m only 22. I’m a sweet tooth and that might be the cause. Has anyone my age experienced this too?

Please give me some advice.

Welcome to HealingWell, Clinton Liss. Yes, normally a 22 year old would not have problems of high cholesterol, so I think you need to discuss your lab results with your doctor - all your lab results, not just cholesterol.

There are many factors that can affect cholesterol levels in lab tests, and this is why you need to talk to your doctor. Thank you for posting.
