With meals and in between meals to drink I like to have V8 it's much lower in calories and carbs then juice and with the right meals very tasty. Also you can make your own ice tea with herbal tea, just boil, steep and chill. I like fennel (if you like anise or black licorice it's similar) I realise black licorice is hardly everyones cup of tea (excuse the pun) I haven't tried Chai yet cold but I think it would be good. Basically find a herbal tea you like with a fairly full bodied taste and experiment. I like it because then I'm not putting additional calories or artificial sweetner in my system....
