I don't know anything more than to watch what you eat. Try cutting way down on carbs and follow the eating plan we've talked about
here. Since carbs drive the blood sugar higher, many of us stay away from bread, potatoes (a very big culprit), white rice, anything with sugar or flour, most root vegetables.
