Hi all,
I know this post wont be very interesting for most, but just bear with a proud mom for a second1
Joe graduated from high school Friday night!!! I know that to most that does not sound like a major event. Most take it for granted that this will happen.
But boy were we sweating it! Since he was diagnosed in Nov. 05 with C.P. and Generlised Seizures, he has missed so much school that along with his learning disabilities, we did not know for sure until Friday a.m. He was able to participate in the whole ceremony without a seizure!!!!!
2. Joe has not had a seizure in a month!!!!!!! This is the longest he has gone since being diagnosed.
Every day with out a Grand Mal is such a blessing, I had almost forgotten what a "normal" day is.
      GO JOE!!!!!!!

Wow! so glad to hear your celebrating such milestones. I was just thinking 2 more years and Kimmy will graduate (knock on wood). She's doing okay right now. No seizures since April 3rd and she just finished finals this past week.

Yeah Joe! Yeah Kimmy. Mom's sighing. We're so proud!
