Hi mamanan, Glad to see you! I will sometimes get the tingling and heaviness is my
arms and legs but it seems to happen after doing too much cleaning or lifting. You are
a busy mom and I know your activity level must be pretty high.
My fatigue level varies, there are some mornings just taking a shower is a workout. I
usually feel my best between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. After supper the pain level seems
to increase some and there are nights when insomnia keeps me up. That has a major
impact on how I'm feeling the next morning. And then there are days when I wake up
and have lots of energy.
You might want to see if your potassium levels are low. Mine were low for a while, and
did notice more tingling and numbness. I made sure to drink more orange juice, V8
and bannanas. I have been taking vitamin B-12 5000 mcgs daily and I think it has helped
with the energy level some. My Vitamin D levels are normal now too. Not sure if it had
helped me with the pain but I continue to take it.
