Hi, Jacaal, and welcome! I do take CoQ10 and it's not very expensive where I get it. I get it from Puritan.com. They always have a sale...buy one, get one free....buy two, get three free! Since I know I like the product, I now buy two and get three free! You can't beat that. They cost a little under $12 for a bottle of 60 capsules. (for the 100 mg. bottle) I take one in the morning and one in the evening.
There are a lot of benefits to this supplement. My doctor is quite happy I'm taking it. But do talk to your doctor before you start anything.
Here is a link all about CoQ10. It is an enzyme that our bodies make and is in almost all of our cells.
I see you take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I do too. You do need to take it with food to help protect your stomach.
Many of your symptoms are what many of us have. Your teeth/jaw problem could be TMJ, as others have suggested. Many of us grind our teeth at night and wear a mouth guard to help stop this.
Have you been diagnosed with fibro by a doctor? Many of us use board certified Rheumatologists. No matter what, you need to know if your doctor does treat fibro patients. Some doctors think this is all in our heads. But a doctor that treats fibro will run you through a myriad of tests to rule out other illnesses that have many of the same symptoms. Unfortunately there is no definitive test for fibro.
Be sure to read Fibro 101...the first thread on the forum. There are links to good information about fibro and you will learn a lot there. Good starting links for you are called Symptoms, What Else Could It Be, and A Thorough Explanation of Fibromyalgia. You just might see yourself there.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you better. Don't hesitate to ask questions because we are here to help you. Hope to hear more from you soon.
