Hi LeeAnn! Don't ever feel like you're posting too many topics or asking too many questions.....when we learn about these conditions we have it is only natural and human to thirst for more knowledge. If you don't ask questions you'll never get all the answers you need to help you! This is a wonderful site with many generous, compassionate, loving and helpful people who are more than willing to share anything and everything they have with you. All of our number 1 goals are the same......the quest to feel better!

I have positive Epstein-Barr as well as positive ACTIVE Epstein-Barr. Along with my dx of fibro and cfs, I was also given the dx of cebv (lucky me).....Chronic Epstein-Barr Virus. It has been high and off the charts for months now....ever since my first rheumy visit and first round of tests. The only real relief I experienced from all 3 dx's during that time was a trial period of glutathione/atp shots that made a world of difference in how I felt. She took me off of them my last visit and I have slipped almost all the way back to where I was before my first visit. The shots only slightly lowered the ebv counts but made such a huge difference in how I felt. I'm eagerly looking forward to an October appointment with hopes of getting her approval of starting the injections again if, for no other reason, to see if it results in the same huge remission of symptoms that happened before!

Again dear......ask away to your heart's content! Knowledge is definitely your friend!

Gentlest of hugs,
John
