Good morning my friends,
With fall upon us, which is my favorite time of year, I have noticed that a lot of people are going into flares. Changes in the weather, tis the season, financial problems, financial worries, shortness of the days and just plain ole everyday problems.
I thought that it would be nice if we could all start looking for something positive in every day. Even if it is just getting out of bed when you don't feel good, that is an accomplishment.
It is early so I might have a little brain fog trying to think of something positive to say. But I guess that it would be that I am glad to be up at six instead of sleeping until eleven. I so love the mornings, though they don't really love me that much.
So if you have something good to write that would be so cool. I think we need to focus on something good once in a while. It lifts all of our spirits.
I went to a volleyball game last night, one of my friend''s daughters was playing so a couple of us got together and drove to watch. The game was exciting and went fast. I really enjoyed it. And it did me good to get out.
So what is your good thing that you can write about? Like I said, no matter how small, it still counts. With the holidays sneaking up upon us, I think that it is important to focus on a positive now and then to relieve some of the stress. And if you can't think of anything to write, write anything.
