Sometimes I wonder about my cats.

Tonight while my rabbit is hopping around the living room, I left his cage door open. My cat Bear decided that he wants to go in Orlo's cage! Often times Bear wants to go in Orlo's cage with Orlo in it. At this point Orlo gets upset and hops out.

They're funny, and make me feel good even on my worst days!

I think animals can touch us in that way. I have 2 furkids: Ellie(Yorkie) & Brie(Maltese/Terrier mix) and I don't know what I would do without them! They can always pick up on when I'm having a bad day and will even lay with me when I stay in bed too long.

At least they make it so I have to get up every day and take care of them too. They are like part of our family and I know I would be worse off without them to talk to. I even have to laugh(no matter how bad I feel) when I sit and watch them play or when one of them brings their favorite toy to me and wants to play.

Hugs!!  Margie

My rabbit especially knows when I'm not feeling well. He always presses his nose to the top of the cage as if to ask me how I'm feeling. Yesterday I was throwing up and both of my cats sat next to me. They knew something was wrong.

I'm glad you talk to your animals too! I recently to my rabbit on the plane back to college with me and I had to keep my talking to him in check so I didn't look like I was wandering through the airport talking to myself!

Yes, Orlo, I agree very much with Margie, animals can always touch us in a special way. And my ferret also even knows when I am having a bad day, she'll actually kiss my face when I am upset or crying. It's the sweetest thing and never fails to make me smile no matter what my body is going through.

I have two kitties, one just had twins so I guess I now have four. And a rottie, who is just awesome. My hubby is currently looking to get me a lhasa. I think my animals are what keep me sane.
