Hello, everyone!  I haven't posted here in a while with questions because I had been doing quite well, until now..... cry
I am in the midst of a bad Crohn's flare, but new symptoms are popping up that just don't seem Crohn's related.  I wonder if the stress of being ill with Crohn's can re-trigger my Fibro symptoms?  My symptoms are.....

1.  Sore tender points
2.  Headache
3.  Persistent anxiety
4.  Extreme fatigue
5.  Heavy, sore, weak legs
6.  Confusion/spacey
7.  Short of breath
8.  Eyes ache/feel heavy
9.  Tingling sensation in my hands, face, and feet

That's all I can think of for now, which is enough, lol!  I guess I'm just venting...... sad
Blessings, Julie

Yup-sounds like fibro to me. I know that stress can make fibro worse, so I would think that having a bad Crohn's flare could definitely "kick in" your fibro symptoms, so to speak.

I am sorry you are feeling so awful. Hang in there! I do hope your symptoms quiet down soon.

I'm sure the Chrones isn't helping one bit. Sorry you're having problems. Yes, it does sound like your fibro decided to come pay you a visit.. seems when we're having other health or stress issues the fibro kicks in.
Hope you're feeling better soon.
Hugs,
Patti

Sorry I am a little late in posting. I just wanted to thank you for the replies! Can Fibro cause fevers and "flu-like" symptoms also? Blessings, Julie

No.. I don't believe you will have a fever with Fibro.. achy flu-like symptoms Yes.. fever no.

Are you running a fever?? If so, you probably have a virus or some kind of infection.

Hope you're feeling better soon!! You've been sick for quite a while now.

Take care,
Patti

I think the Crohn's flare started first, which exacerbated a Fibro flare, and now I have a "bug" on top of it all. This is no fun, lol! Thank you for the replies. I feel like the saying, "Which came first, the chicken or the egg??!!" Blessings, Julie
