I have been saying for about a month now that I was going to drink more water. Well, my reasons for getting serious about it became serious on me..
So, day before yesterday I started drinking water. Yesterday I drank about 3 quarts. Today I have already drank 2 quarts.
But I hurt all over!! It feels like I'm getting a flare. shakehead
I guess this is the toxins in my body being released due to enough water???
Shoot, I do something good for myself and it backfires!! See why I just eat red meat, and fat, and chocolate, and drink sweet tea and lots of soda, and watch tv up close, and, and....well, you get the picture!lol
If eating healthy doesn't kill me, it looks like it will make me wish I was dead!! shocked

I think that the water is probably flushing the toxins out of your body. It might take some time for that to happen. So don't give up the water, it is good for you. This could be a coincidence too. So keep drinking. Go gradually so that your body can get use to it.

You also might be diluting your electrolytes if you drink too much water. It doesn't sound like that's your problem though.
Still, try some powerade or vitamin waters rather than just all plain water all the time.
Also, your body could be going thorugh withdrawals from not having the "bad stuff".

Poodles, 3 quarts might be too much for your body size. You can drink too much water. Too much water is dangerous. It could also be a coincidence.
Hope you feel better,
