Last week my doctor added a b vitamin complex to my morning meds and melatonin to my betime meds. That wk was great! Less pain more energy and I got a lot of things done around the house. This morning... the crash that I had been dreading. The bright spot though, my 4 y/o son told his father "Mommy's sick again, Daddy, we have to be good" and then proceeded to 'make breakfast' (cereal and milk with juice)
I'm not sure how I managed it, but somehow, my son is mature, intelligent and compassionate. Possibly because his father was disabled when he was a yr old, and then a yr ago I went downhill, not sure, but in any event, I thank God that I ended up with such a wonderful child. smilewinkgrin

He does sound wonderful and quite mature for his age.  Illness does teach compassion and that's a wonderful lesson to learn...especially at such a young age.  He'll probably be a bright spot in everyone's lives as long as he lives.  You have done a wonderful job of parenting!

B complex colors the urine bright yellow so it's easy to see when it's out of your system because the color fades. Because it's water soluable it is difficult to overdose on it. Ask your doc if you may add a bedtime dose of the B to your regimen. I've been taking B complex as long as I've been taking Malic Acid and have had great relief from these two supplements.

Grant you, I'm not healed, I still have pain and fatigue, but nothing like it is when I get stubborn and go off all of my supplements. Good luck with this, and give that little guy an extra hug. Before you know it he will be grown and gone.
