Looking for patient stories please!

I have both Fibro and CFIDS and will be having endoscopic sinus surgery in a couple of days. The recovery process is what worries me. I don't heal and injuries or illnesses tend to cycle through on about a 3 month period at any bit of stress. Has anyone with Fibro or CFIDS had this surgery? If so, please let me know what to expect from the recovery process. Thank you.

I had surgery in 2004 to remove a bone spur which was blocking my sinus.  At that time my fibro hadn't been diagnosed.  There wasn't a whole lot of pain but they do put splints in your nasal passages and that is very uncomfortable. Your head will feel congested and full and you will want to blow your nose but you can't.  Like I said not alot of pain but it feels like a major head cold.  Good luck and hope your surgery goes well!!
