Hey all, I am wearing my earplugs for the first time today at work.  AAAaaaH!  What a difference!  I am glad I bought them.  They came with a little case to put in my purse, so I always have them with me.  :-)
I woke up to a BIG headache.  Probably cuz my neck went out on sunday.  My shoulders and neck are sore this morning but I got a little pop out of my neck, so it might be those bulging discs I have in my neck helping to pinch on a nerve or two.  I seem to be way more sensitive to sound than normal when I'm not feeling my best (as far as FM goes).
I can hear just enough, even when I talk on the phone.  Pretty cool, I must say.  The plugs feel a little strange though in my ears, but I think I can get use to that.  Quiet is calming..... :-)
Hugs to all,

Great idea! I usually keep a pair in my purse. I wear them at the dentist's or doctor's office if there is annoying music. I also wear them when flying to cut out some of the noise. Muffled sound can be calming.
