Hello, my hair is short and I would love to have it longer.  Does anyone have any idea how to make the hair on top of your head grow faster?

Prenatal vitamins! My hair grew like mad during all of my pregnancies and the Dr. told me it was because of the vitamins. Not sure if you can take them when you're not pregnant, though..hmm..

What's in pre-natal vitamins that isn't in "regular" vitamins? Maybe it's the iron?

Try the Hair, Skin & Nails vitamin formula from the health food store. It has biotin and other hair-enriching nutrients. Also, eat lots of fresh eggs. And there's a seller on Etsy (Moonchiald) that makes hair oil for growth that women swear by - Sweet Success Oil. Good luck.

The "high Cholesterol" thingie about eggs has been debunked because the original test results only measured cholesterol present in eggs and didn't take into account the lecithin, omega 3's and other parts of the egg that counteract the fats and are very good for you. Eggs are now considered an inexpensive source of protein and are very good for you.

I am on a low carb food plan and eat about 8-12 eggs a week. My blood lipids are A-ok. You might want to do your own research on this. I'm back eating eggs and loving it!

Nah, not just the vitamins, I could not take the prenatals and my hair always grew faster during pregnancy. Same thing happened to my mother.
