How can you tell the difference?  I feel so much more achy today and I am sooooooooo tired.  Told one of my customers earlier that my get up and go has got up and went. tongue   But there a way to tell the difference?  I don't feel sick in any other way, just the achiness and the tiredness.  Maybe just a flare starting????? smhair

Hi, Missy
When I have the flu, I am in the bathroom w/ a bucket. W/ the Fibro, I get the achy, tired, miserable feeling. That is usually how my body feels w/ a flare. Sorry, I can't give you a better idea.
Do hope this is short lived and you are feeling better very soon. Take a warm bath when you get home from work, some gentle stretches and relax.
God bless.  Alice.

If you are running a fever, that would tell you.  You usually have a decent fever...not a low grade one...with the flu.

sorry to hear you're so poorly.

The flu would have you with a fever so i'd say it's a fibro flare. You'd be bed ridden with the flu also, it's not something you could work with. Hope that helps,

Of all the things i've lost, i miss my mind the most! But it has its advantages!
Fibro, spinal arthritis and all that goes with it.
