We had family over for hte weekend, and I am pooped. Their kids are just terrors, especially the youngest. By the time dinner was done last night, I had to let dh take care of the clean up. What a wonderful man, he made sure I sat and rested a bit. I was too sore to even sit at the computer later on. Then today we went to dh's Mom's to help her with fall cleanup. I worked hard, and I am so sore tonight! But it's a better pain, it's weary muscles, not the deep gnawing pain. This I can handle, especially with some heating pads. So there you go... work vs/ stress

But tomorrow... 3 of the kids are in school, dh is at work, I only have the toddler with me, and I don't have to go to work until Wednesday :)
I really should clean the house, or if I want to be outside b/c we finally have summer weather, at the very least take care of the gardens! Or... sit on the swing and maybe have an outdoor nap? That sounds good :D

Spend your time enjoying the great outdoors!  Pretty soon you will only be dreaming of this nice weather.
I've been scrubbing baseboards for two days.  My back is a mess but I'm getting a massage in the morning.  I hope it helps.  sad
I hope you feel better tomorrow.

A no-brainer!  The swing and a nap!  I don't know where you live, but they are greasing up the snow plows here!

Go out to your swing, enjoy the beauty of your garden, then take a nap if you can. At the very least rest and relax. You had so much going on this past wk end, you need to unwind, get your second wind. Wednesday will be here before you know it, you will need your energy for work.

Heaven knows, the housework and gardening will ALWAYS be there later, rest now!! I had all the laundry in the washer, dryer or 'done' basket before I left the house this morning, I came home to find more laundry in the 'do' basket and NO ONE was home. I think the darn stuff breds in the basket. lol

Take care of yourself!!

God bless.  Alice.
