nono  This is a warning do not color your hair when you have fibro fog! This morning I decided it was time to color my hair again. I am a blonde. I put the color in, you are supposed to
wait 45 min. before rinsing; I left it on for almost an hour and a half. Luckily I did not burn
my scalp. My hair is now white blond.
I can't wait for my husband to roll his eyes when he sees me. Over the years he has
seen me do a lot of crazy things!

You scared me! I just colored my hair, but I remembered to set the timer on my stove. Otherwise, I probably would have purple hair. Diane

Well, I guess we have Marilyn Monroe on our forum now!  smilewinkgrin
I remember going to the hairdresser's with hair down to my waist.  I had it cut very short and got a permanent.  I had never had a professional perm before so didn't pay attention.  I did hear a "ding" but didn't realize it was my timer and my hairdresser was busy yakking it up with another hairdresser.  A half an hour later, she remembered she had a!  My hair was corkscrew tight.  I went home, my husband laughed at me and my baby wouldn't come to me.  What fun!  LOL

I did the same thing...started talking on the phone and forgot all about the dye.  It is supposed to stop processing after 35 minutes...Not!  My ash blonde came out almost black.

mamanan- I'd like to think I'm going to have more fun! My husband would say I've
already tested the dumb blonde theory.

RedDiane- sorry I scared you, Hey that timer idea is pretty good. Why didn't I think of that.
I've been coloring my hair for over 40 years and never used one.

Sherrine- Your story reminded me of the only time I had a perm. My hair was shoulder
length and I got a spiral perm. My hair is super thick. When I got home my husband said
my hair looked just like the lion's hair from the Wizard of Oz.

Donna- I can't do Ash anymore my hair turns green!
