I would like to know what she used. I know with my herbs it's a dramatic help, especially since I've
gotten rid of the dr. drugs. All they did was drag me down. It got to the point where I had taken double
and triple doses and it still didn't touch the pain. I still hurt but it's the bearable kind where it's more
of an ache in the joints instead of the roll on the couch moaning and drooling kind. I don't miss going
to work strung out from lack of sleep and aftermath of the drugs.

hey guys,

I actually watched some of the video clips and while it's just the usual stuff with mind over matter etc i bet he will have a relapse at some point. He hasn't actually CURED himself, which goes to show that this is still an incurable condition.

In February 08 i skied the pistes of Austria very well, jogged lightly and took cycling holidays, today i can barely work, swim and cycle. I have burning pain and severe repetitive strain just typing this. I can't really attribute what causes a bad flare, possible stress and too much sugar....i don't know for sure.

We all have good days and bad, sometimes you can make them good years and bad, he's obviuosly just experiencing some good ones, i hope they last for him.

Hi, i'm the poster of the videos, and i've been pain free for 9 years now. The videos have been removed because of the forum rules, and i understand them. You can search youtube for "I healed my Fibromyalgia", and it's the four part video.

I'm not making false promisses. I'm explaining what i did that worked quickly (amongst all that just didn't work). Rregardless of anyone's opinion about it, i healed my fibromyalgia, in the sense that i relieved myself of the symptoms, apparently a permanent way. I was sometimes declared as "crazy" when i was sick. I don't really mind if i'm declared "crazy" for healing myself blush

The symptoms i had:
- the typical ultra-sensitive muscles
- muscle pain with no reason
- sporadic headaches
- electric poping muscles
- depression, fatigue, the mental aspect
- had to stop martial arts

The symptoms that remain:
- rare sporadic muslce poping
- enhanced sight and earing
- I love doing martial arts again

I used a not-so-popular alternative medicine that implicates the participation of the subject. It takes 30 minutes per day to apply the technique, for about four months. Then, use again when needed, if symptoms come back. Why is it not-so-popular? because you have to be conscious of your body for 30 minutes a day, everyday, for a minimum of four months. But, my symptoms went away within a few weeks, so i continued just so that they would not come back.

What herbs are you using? I'd be interested in trying something that wasn't prescribed by a doctor.

Interesting idea... The concept of "ignoring" or "reinterpreting" pain is not a new one. Unfortunately it does require a well trained mind, some yoga-type relaxation and seems to work on the lower levels of pain. Although this gentleman's heart is in the right place he doesn't appear to have the kind of pain some of us experience.

I use Super Cissus RX, Bio-Sil and Malic Acid. The Cissus rebuilds muscles, tendons and ligaments.
The bio-sil rebuilds callogen in the joints and the Malic Acid detoxes. I've been using these for almost
6 months and average about 2 doses of OTC painkillers a month. I've only used 3 flexoril in the last
3 months as I haven't found an herbal equivelent  yet. I did see down at the local drugstore a
hemopathic for siatiaca (probably spelled wrong). If it relieves the muscle or nerve for the siatiaca
maybe that would work.  I find I sleep pretty good now and have been told by quite a few people that
there is a major difference in both work and attitude. With both the arthritis and fibro lack of sleep is
a biggie. In the first 3 months I used the dr drugs with the "trio" and as the damage healed I was
able to wean off of it. Usually this time of year I'm at the drs getting a painkiller shot just to make
it through the season but I've only been once this year and it's an all time record.
I just started using Lipo-Trim and Lecithin to shrink lypoma tumors. I found a few more new ones
and am hoping it'll work.

hi nana,
The lipo-trim you mentioned, is that the meal replacement diet you're refering to. I did it for 6 weeks once, felt great on it but with all things fibro related i had some serious side effects after it.
I use lecithin for lowering cholesterol and find it helps.

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE TRYING ANY HERBS OR SUPPLEMENTS!!! Some do not mix well with meds and some do not mix well with other herbs.
