Haha, all last week I was teaching a ladies self defense class. I've done this for about four years now twice a year. This year my body hates, and everything is screaming, lady! your not 20 anymore!! LOL after lots of those mornings you fight out of bed the day before this class ends I land well on my ankle "trying" to break it, but only bruising and pulling the tendon. I think a break might heal faster, and do a tad bit less lasting damage. Oh well it's kinda funny cus to end this class i just sighed looked up and told them, " if your a klutz like me you won't run far before tripping so remember the lesson learned here". Awe i have to say just some days, but no piety it really actually hurts less then the fibro and MCTD together at least the pain med helps it consistently. Hi and hugs to all tongue

Ooooh, ouch! Hope your ankle heals quickly. I know that hurts, I have sprained my
ankle and it was black and blue forever. I'm glad the new med is working for you.    yeah

Don't you just hate it when that happens!?!? I'm still dealing with bad ankle ligament problems from several years ago, too. Hang in there.

I tore the lateral ligament in my ankle when I as 16 and it still gives me trouble from time to time. Sometimes it'll just give out on me when I stand up, which is rather comical since I'll stand up and promptly fall down. I've never broken a bone, but I imagine that would have been easier to deal with.

Yeah i have to admit it is a true hate, so far i've only broken an arm and a few ribs here and there. And come to think of it i hate pulling things it hurts it sucks oh oh and i drive a standard.... But for whatever freeky reason my body hurts so so bad today it feels like electric shocks and tearing muscles, if me and heat weren't such huge enemies i might opt for the hot tub. But honestly it's cold and raining and i'm loving it!! Weird thing i know since i always hear fibro people love heat, but honestly even after a hot shower i end up throwing up due to heat, maybe i should move to like greenland?? haha yeah right i don't even know what language they speak to be honest. really i just think i'm glad i have nothing to do or anywhere to go today i don't wanna drive, or hop for that matter. It's just good to stare out the window at the aweful weather i adore so much
