So, the past three or four days, I have been really dragged down. Most of the time, I am fighting as hard as I can just to keep my eyes open. I don't know why I feel like way. I don't know if it is some kind of flare or not. I've been in a lot of pain, but I am just so exhausted. I went to bed a little after nine last night, which I never do. I don't know why I am so tired, but I need to figure it out because weekdays Bobby isn't here to help me with our son. Any ideas of suggestions would be really helpful.

Hi Sassy,

Sorry to hear that.  Fatigue is so tough to deal with.  Don't know what the weather is doing where you are, but sometimes with the change in seasons it seems to effect a lot of people.  I have noticed the past 3 or 4 days I've been much more fatigued and have traced it to the sudden change in weather (cold) and also indoor allergies due to not being able to have the windows open for better air.

Hope you feel better soon.   yeah

Changes in the weather knock me out. Most of the time, I just have to wait it out. Sometimes though, increasing my water intake helps rather quickly.

I go back & forth with fatigue. I can sleep all day and still be tired. I also think the weather plays a big roll. Here it has been raining & dreary over the last week. I am having a very bad week. Could be the weather or pain you are having. You mentioned you are having quite a bit of pain right now. When I hurt worse it really drains me emotionally & physically.

If it doesn't get better, maybe ask your doctor for something that might help. I know others who take something to help stay awake and alert. I haven't had any luck with anything helping, but people respond differently. Good luck & hope you start feeling better soon!
