I seem to be having alot more of these recently. I thought maybe they were a side-effect of the zoloft I'm on........although I'm on a very small dose (25mg). They feel like little muscle twitches in my legs, and they only last a split second.......but then they feel like they twist the muscle a little and then a baby muscle spasm. They make me feel like I'm going to fall all of a sudden.
Anyone else have these? I already take good doses of calcium/magnesium/D.

MY daugther has twiches in her legs when she is at rest for just sitting still for a period of time. She said it feels like little burst in the legs. Do not know what it is yet. We are still trying to get a doctor to believe that there is something wrong. If you find anything out please let me know. Good luck and God bless........

Hi Cathy,
Muscle twitching is a common symptom to fibromites. It is more likely to happen when
you are extremely fatigued, having lots of stress or anxiety or it could be a sign of
having a low level of vitamin D. Some of us here were found to have very low levels,
myself included. I was surprised to find that my levels were low because I take a daily
supplement. I needed to take a prescription of 50,000 IU for six weeks just to get my
Vitamin D level in the normal range.
Mention your symptoms to your doctor. He might check your vitamin D level. I know
the twitching can be agravating.

ditto what Robin said.
It almost feels like you have a cell phone in your pocket that's ringing on vibrate only you can't find it to answer it.
I'm always asking my hubby if it's an earthquake or if it's just me quaking.
