I've been absent, I'm sick. Thank you mom for that. lol she didn't mean too.

So I havn't been on. Just letting you all know, and I hurt like I got hit by a million buses.

I hope that you feel better soon. Is it the flu? It has been going around here. They have been closeing schools down all over the place. Some people that I work with are sick. I got my flu shot, so far so good.

Keep posting, get lots of rest and drink plenty of fluids.

I'm so glad you checked in and I hope you are feeling better soon.  If you've got the flu or something,  be sure to get up and walk around whenever possible so you don't get so stiff.  Next time we hear from you, I hope you are feeling fine!
