My word is patience too. I have learned to take life one day at a time and go with the flow of things. Also to stay in the moment. But yes, patience would best discribe it.

That I can still do some of the things I once could do with no problems, just have to figure out a new way and when I do.. I am grateful that I did.

* Asthma, Allergies, Osteoarthritis, Spinal Stenosis, Degenative Disc (Lower Lumbar S1-L3 and Cervical C5,C6, C8 and T1), Fibromyalgia, Gerd,
Enlarged Pituitary Gland, Sjogren's, Ocular Migraines, mild carpel tunnel, ect.... "Would be nice if we could use the edit button in real life"...
