I'm just new here and have not been diagnosed w/ fibromyalgia, but do have considerable muscle pain in hands and arms and shoulders. I've been through the steroid shots, etc for some relief and carpal and ulnal tunnel surgeries, but I'll never feel again like I did 40 years ago. A friend of mine also deals with constant pain in her back due to spinal issues and another has severe pain in her shoulder and neck. All of us have found a lotion that gives us relief. We know it's not a cure, but it does help reduce the discomfort enough to fall asleep or to massage/exercise comfortably. I know we aren't supposed to advertise, but I'm glad to share my information with others who might be interested.

Definately interested. I'm doing herbs and have found infinate relief with them. Unfortunately, I've
just entered by fall "flare" which totally impairs me. It's the first major pain in nearly 8 months. It's attacking
all over and I know that without the herbals it would be much worse. Last year I ended up at the drs.
every 3 weeks for a depo medrol shot to stop some of the inflamation. I have an appointment Fri for
the first one of this year. I work at a very physical job where everyday I lift up to 30 lbs at a time for
about 2 hours straight, so when this hits it's very debilitating. Luckily, the guy I tag with in this dishroom
has seen how bad it can be for me and slows down just a hair. Either way, there is only  certain amount
of time in which to do the job and I just suck it up and do what I have to do.
