When you have some time to sit down at your computer and do something fun just for you…OK, I hear you laughing all the way through the wires and it’s coming out my speakers…lol…so if you have to pretend then that’s ok. But if you are going to sit for a while and hit your favorite web sites, besides HW, where do you go? Do you have some favorite sites you can sit and enjoy? Maybe it’s a craft site, or a site where you share with others of common interests like a photography site. Maybe you enjoy reading a news site or looking up things of interest to you. Do you read the comics online? Or are you an eBay-er??? Share a fun web site with everyone. Let’s all remember that we need to follow the forum rules before posting. RULES??? ya, those things you can read when you click the words above.. Forum Rules. So make sure you’re not connecting all of us to a site similar to Healing Well or other healthcare sites with forums. And always remember that this is a Family Friendly site.

When I sit to relax I read two favorite topics, weather and quilting, and one fun site, Geocaching. I always go to the NOAA web site, in fact when I open my browser my default page is the NOAA weather site for our area. Then I read for forecast discussion and see if we have any weather warnings or not. THEN I head out to quilting sites But the one I want to share with you is Even if you never plan on caching or joining it’s fun to check it out.

What site would you like to share with others?

This is my go-to website for quotes, books online, facts, thesaurus and reference books, fiction, poetry... If you love reading, books, and literature I can guarantee you'll have a ball with this site. I even use it at work whenever I fill out cards for my co-workers' birthdays and special occasions.

The other day a nice gentleman came into my office and needed some info on our area (I work for the Chamber of Commerce), he also asked for a map.  He went on to tell me he was a "geocacher".  I told him, I knew about Geocaching and we talked for a few minutes about it.  My boss came out of her office and said, "how do you know about that.. I've never heard of such a thing, sounds pretty cool".  I had to tell her that I learned if from my Fibro Message Board and a good friend I made there does it.  After you talked about it before, I looked it up, it looks like fun.  She said.. Wow, seems you've learned a lot from that message board.  Oh if she only knew!! The gentleman I met was going to put the map I gave him in his next cache.
My sites would be my chamber's website, (since I'm the web master for it.. I'm on it a lot) and facebook.  I'm also a weather freak so I'm on accuweather and the weatherchannel's sites a lot.  I also LOVE to play computer games, so I go on to one called Mindjolt that's part of Facebook.
As always ... good topic!!

Deviant Art and Elfwood Art sites are my faves. They have some awesome artists. I like some of the
pencil artists they's like looking at a black and white photo. They now have 3d and 4d artists...WOW

My next fave is Bigfish Games. I like the time management and match 3 games. I stink at the hidden
object stuff. And mind games....forget it!

I just ramble around places and read this and that. I go to facebook on occasion. But my favorite thing to do is play bookworm. I have gotten up over five million points. It is a lot of fun an it is addicting.

But I would love to try the hidden objects, I think I am pretty good at finding things.

I am totally addicted to Facebook and mafia wars! I think real life should be like mafia wars, in which case I would like a diamond ring, a luxury yacht, and some muscle. And hundreds of millions of dollars in the bank.
