Good day!

I've come up with a few 'fill in the blanks' for the next couple of days. Just fill in your opinion or answer to the topic. Make it as long or short as you like...

Tomorrow I absolutely refuse to......

For me...I refuse to over work my body. I keep doing and doing it over and over so I will not beat it up tomorrow.

And you???

Chutzie, you didn't have a title in the subject line.  I'm assuming this is Thursday's Koffee Klatch.  I hope I'm right!  LOL

I never say never but I'll TRY to absolutely refuse to eat anything with sugar in it.  I've gotten really bad since Halloween.  There was always something sweet around the house during the holidays.  I've got to kick that habit!

I refuse to do too much bending, twisting or lifting things that I shouldn't be lifting. I will try to
use more common sense!

Tomorrow I will not push myself the way I did yesterday and today. Yesterday I cleaned all the rooms we use and today I vacuumed and mopped all the hard surface floors, owie, owie my arms and hands hurt.
luv and hugs

Tomorrow I Refuse to sit all day long on the couch and be on my laptop! I'll try not to overdo, but if I'm gonna have pain I'd rather have a clean house to look at!
Gentle Blessings
