Does anyone else have this problem.  It's been going on for 2 months now.  Giving me migraines.  My PCP sent me to the Neuro for the headache but he didn't even flinch at the whole painful gland thing.  PCP check 2 months ago and said I didn't have any sinus or ear infection but gave me an antibiotic anyway just to play it safe in case I was getting one.  Now I don't know what to do.  I'm so sick of going to Dr's offices and I feel like a hypochondriac.  So, before I go back to the Doc's office, yet again, I thought I would ask here.  It seems that the ones who have Fibro know much more about it anyway.

Hi Harley!

I sure can see why you are frustrated with your doc. I'm guessing it's not uncommon for this to happen. I remember times telling my doc about some small thing and he never responded to it at all. My best guess is that the doc knows it's not critical but he forgets to tell YOU! But don't rely on that as medical advice. I would make an appointment strictly for that problem..it's not something to wait around on. It is likely something small or easily treated but you sure don't want to take any chances. Push!! If you don't advocate for yourself at the doctor's office then no one will.

Hugs,
Chutzie
