Hello all my brothers & sisters in Fibro. Here's hoping you have a wonderful day. I had a nice night last night. I did yoga (like I'd posted I would yesterday) at my mom's house (Leslie Sansone's You Can Do Yoga, very easy going stretchy bendy workout, relaxing), we had 3 bean chili, watched movies, visited with my nephew & beautiful new little niece.
Today's workout ??? Hmm, don't know yet, but I thought I'd get this thread started. I'll definitely do something, just gotta figure out what it is I want to do.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow night. Our Park District Bellydance Troupe starts practice up again after the winter holiday break. Here's hoping I feel up to it, I'm really looking forward to it. Maybe that's what I'll do today. I'll just pop out some music & dance through a few choreographies, or maybe just dance improv.
Have a great day, everybody !

Have fun belly dancing!

This morning I have done my gentle stretching. I do it every morning just to get going.
Before I even get out of bed, I do some stretching, especially for my lower back. Pelvic
tilts help stretch the muscles and I pull my knees to my chest a few times to loosen up.

I have always loved to dance and sometimes I put on a CD and dance around the house.
This morning I danced to The Best of Santana, couln't get through the whole thing, but it
was fun trying.

Marlee, I'll send you a message in a sec. Now I'm curious just how close you are. smilewinkgrin
I wound up being out & about most of the day, but I did set aside some time when I got home late this evening to atleast do a little bit of something. I did some bellydancing for about 20 minutes, just gentle basic stuff, not anything really rigorous (spelling ?) since I was pretty tired. I also did 15 minutes of stretching.
Have a good night, all. (((huggles)))
