Have fun belly dancing!
This morning I have done my gentle stretching. I do it every morning just to get going.
Before I even get out of bed, I do some stretching, especially for my lower back. Pelvic
tilts help stretch the muscles and I pull my knees to my chest a few times to loosen up.
I have always loved to dance and sometimes I put on a CD and dance around the house.
This morning I danced to The Best of Santana, couln't get through the whole thing, but it
was fun trying.
