I should know better,  but today I ate a bunch of fudge and now I'm in so much pain that I can't stand it. My ribs hurt the most - and my neck and arms. Anybody else done something this dumb?

Myjoy, sugar doesn't seem to affect my fibro. Hubby got me a big box of chocolates for Valentine's Day, yuck, I over indulged while waiting for him to get home from work. It may not affect my fibro but it doesn't do my stomach any good. I finished the box so don't have to worry about them now. smilewinkgrin Fudge would sound good any other time but can't say it does now.
luv and hugs

My biggest weakness is sweets.  I fight staying away from them completely or at least cutting back all the time.  I over indulge quite a bit and I have to say I can tell a difference with the fibro flares and also with the GERD.  When it's PMS time is the worst for me.  I have been doing fairly well for me the past few months though and I can tell a difference.  I can for sure relate to what you're saying.
