I found out in July that I have celiac and I thought as soon as my small intestine healed I would pack on the lbs but I have actually lost about 5lbs. I know the way I eat and I should not be loosing weight so it must be the gluten free diet.
It's a hard diet to stay on for me since I love breads and pastries and I know I would have never gone gluten free unless I had to. Your right Cali it's not for everyone but it won't hurt you to cut out some glutens.
