Yes, keeping a journal is one of the smartest things you can do - I've started many. I've kept up with it for as many as 3-4 days at a time!
And then - uh - I forget!! I can sure relate to all of these seemingly unconnected symptoms. Seems we get into a spiral, something runs us down, and then everything lets us have it at once. Ugh.
