I know that going on a low carb diet is recommended. I would try to just eat sensibly. Lots of fruits and vegies, low on the breads and potatoes. Avoid processed foods. Try to eat close to the earth. That is most healthy. Try to get exercise. Before you nap, try going for a walk. See if that boosts your energy. I try not to nap. I always feel worse afterwards.
I know that fibromites are low on vitamin D3. That is almost always recommended. You might want to have your doctor check your vit D level to see if you need it. I take 1000 to 2000 iu each day. The malic acid/magnesium works for some. You can read about

As for seeing your doctor early, I guess that depends how you feel. If you are feeling badly, most certainly call. But if you feel you can make it to your appointment, than wait. I guess that is all up to you. And how you are feeling.
