Doubting this has anything to do with Fibro. but someone may have some info.  My right calf is considerably bigger than my left and seems like gradually over the years gets a tad bigger.  I think this started about the time I got my fibro. diagnosis and haven't ever really thought that much about it.  The larger calf is also the one that I get the most night time leg cramps in.  Any thoughts???

Not really, sorry. My left leg is longer and my sides feel totally different, but my doctor just says, "yeah, I know, who knows why?" :) It is annoying, though.

You might stop to think if you depend on the leg more than the going up steps and other things you might be doing.  This is totally a guess, but that's where I would start!
